Safe and Strong - 5 week online course for core training after pregnancy

The knowledge gained during the Safe and Strong course will help you to get a feel for your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, and to activate and energize your whole body. You will learn what exercises are safe to do, and how to fix diastasis recti. We’ll be building a strong basis for more challenging exercises and for further training. The goal of this course is to gently rehabilitate strength and support to your core after giving birth.
